太鼓打ち シンゴ
1986年6月28日 横浜育ち、東京在住。
これまでに世界18カ国で演奏。F1日本グランプリ、ラグビーワールドカップ等の国際スポーツイベントや、 パシフィコ横浜で行われる各種国際会議に多数出演。太鼓を通じた国際交流・文化外交に焦点を当て、 世界中の人々と共に「心が通う音」をつくり続けている。

Lifework: Connecting the World through Taiko
太鼓は国や文化を超えて「人をつなぐ力」を持っています。バチを持てば誰でも音を出せて、そこには自然と笑顔が生まれます。
フランスではホームステイをしながら地域の人々と演奏を行い、アフリカのガボンでは音楽学校の学生たちと即興演奏を披露、マダガスカルでは現地の音楽家と「さくら」をアレンジしてコラボレーションするなど、演奏だけでなく、現地の人々との関係づくりを大切にしてきました。
太鼓を通して世界に友人をつくること。その積み重ねが、平和で温かい世界をつくる力になると信じています。

Taiko Drummer SHINGO
Born on June 28, 1986 in Tokyo and raised in Yokohama.
He has performed in 18 countries worldwide, appearing at major international events such as the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix, the Rugby World Cup, and numerous global conferences held at Pacifico Yokohama. Focusing on international exchange and cultural diplomacy through Taiko, he continues to create “heart-to-heart sound” with people around the world.

Lifework: Connecting the World through Taiko
「太鼓で世界とつながる」
Taiko has the universal power to connect people beyond language, culture, and nationality. Anyone can pick up the bachi (sticks), strike the drum, and naturally share a smile.
In France, I performed and led workshops while staying with a local host family. In Gabon, I presented an improvisational performance with students at a music academy. In Madagascar, I collaborated with local musicians by arranging and performing “Sakura.”
I believe that creating friendships around the world through Taiko will help build a more peaceful and warm-hearted world.
